Hugues and Donatienne are pleased to welcome you in our House where, we hope, you will enjoy a pleasant stay. In this booklet, you will find useful information to the smooth running of your holiday. 

But first, a few presentations...

The Owners

 We are located in the Oise region for 30 years; in a small village just next to Senlis initially and then to Baron for more than 10 years. 

We appreciate the calm, greenery, space and the nearby forests while remaining close to Paris.

Village of Baron

Baron is a small municipality in the North of the France in the Department of the Oise and the Picardy region.

It is part of the “Communauté de communes” "in the country of Valois.

The inhabitants of the municipality of Baron are called the “Baronnais” and the “Baronnaises”.

With approximately 900 inhabitants, the village of Baron extends over a total area of 21 km2 and an average altitude of 80 m.

The nearest city are Versigny, Montlognon, Montagny-Sainte-Félicité,Fontaine-Chaalis, Montépilloy.
The nearest big city of Baron is Compiègne and lies 27 km as the crow flies North to the town of Senlis, which lies 10 km by Road West of our village.

The nearest SNCF railway stations of Baron is Nanteuil-le-Haudouin (5 km), Le Plessis-Belleville (8 km) or Crépy-en-Valois (13 km) away.

You can perform all of your paperwork in City Hall (birth, marriage, death), by going directly at 6 rue Russons 60300 Baron.

 

 

 

 

Our house

With a total area of about 140 m², this House is very spacious and very well equipped, it will allow you to make the most of your stay.

  • a Central Chamber with two 90cm beds,
  • a large bedroom, side street, with two beds of 80cm

Tables, lamps bedside tables and wardrobes and wardrobe in each room linens provided and beds made at the arrival

 

Bathrooms:

• 3 bathrooms (1 bath, 2 showers)
• towels hairdryer provided

-Heating: heating by radiators radians in all parts; consumption charged on meter readings,

-Bottle of butane and electric meters: contact the owner

-Household waste are collected on Wednesday morning (containers to deposit on the evening before the Portal)

- Selective sorting to do; packaging on the one hand, garbage on the other, share papers.

-Containers public glass lie, going towards Nanteuil, at the exit from Baron right
